This mix of bonbons is meant to nudge spring along (whether it likes it or not). A mix of flavors for a lovely after dinner taste or a pick me up any time of the day. Lemon Curd - Tart homemade lemon curd blended with white chocolate ganache balanced in dark chocolate dome. Congou Black Tea w/ Rose Petals: 70% dark chocolate ganache beautifully balanced with black tea, light floral notes and a subtle, natural sweetness. Diagonal line decor. Guanaja - a 70% deeply cocoa-forward dark chocolate with notes of roasted fruit, coffee, and molasses. It has a balanced bittersweet intensity and a smooth, lingering finish.
