Prepare fresh ravioli or other filled pasta shapes with this cut and close pastry wheel cutter. The wheel both seals the edge of the pasta and cuts at the same time. This tool is made up of a wooden handle and a stainless steel blade sandwiched between two pieces of food safe plastic with a toothed edge. The finished sealed pasta edge will have a ribbed effect.
