Since the eleventh century, the Mas du Novi, former dependency of the Abbey of Valmagne produces wine on one of the most beautiful exceptional terroirs of the Languedoc. Today this estate of 42 ha of vines cultivated in organic farming, in the middle of 60 ha of woods and scrubland. Mas du Novi is considered amongst wine professionals in France one of the best wineries of the Languedoc Grès de Montpellier and IGP Oc. Lou Blanc fill the glass with its golden luminous shades introducing an exotics and citrus bouquet. The palate highlight freshness and generosity of fruit, in a marriage that opens to plenty of food matching combinations.
