This is for the rear caliper with included EPB. We’ve tweaked and tweaked and went through multiples until we got it down for good. Our brake kits are specifically designed for the Ford Explorer ST and will immediately provide a noticeable upgrade in performance and style. This is the rear brake kit so out back there’s a 380mm two-piece floating ventilated discs - you can choose a drilled, slotted or drilled and slotted surface. Our rotors are made with high carbon content which is important for maximizing cooling, minimize fade and dissipate as much heat under the most extreme braking situations. The rear calipers are in their 3rd generation and consist of a 4 piston mono-block forged aluminum caliper that reuses Ford’s existing EPB motor. with an integrated EPB precision machined from lightweight aircraft quality billet aluminum and feature heavy duty aluminum pistons mated to temperature resistant seals. This translates into a dramatically increased braking experience that delivers steady, even and predictable force to the rotors. This updated kit uses existing Ford's OEM EPB motor and connections. Unless stocked or Lead time is approximately 3 weeks for order date. Important Note about Installation: Do not install this kit on your own. Find a professional who has good problem solving skillls. Do not under torque bolts and connectors. Follow directions. It is your responsibility to have your kit installed by a professional installer. Installing an aftermarket brake will may require advanced troubleshooting to find and remediate issues that might be encountered during install. This may include identifying fitment issues and shimming calipers and pads, removing bubbles in lines and troubleshooting to understand commonly occuring installation issues. Check clearances.
