Harvested in 2025, this coffee carries notes of rose, apricot jam, and berry - a reflection of the region's rich biodiversity and Wako's family farming heritage. Wako inherited this land and has stewarded it for years. Once selling cherries to local stations for modest returns, he now produces specialty coffee with proper support and market access.
