This set of Danish mid-century teak chairs comes from Denmark and was most likely made by Farstrup Mobelfabrik in the 1960s. Although the manufacturer’s label has not been preserved, the appearance of the chair and the materials used suggest that it is model 210. The chair size is H: 78 / W: 47 / D: 47 cm. It features a meticulously crafted solid beech wood frame in teak color and a backrest in teak veneered plywood. A masterfully carved and joined solid wood frame and new natural wool upholstery in a grey color are a perfect combination of vintage Scandinavian craftsmanship and modern sustainability and make the chairs stylish and extraordinary. Ergonomically bent backrests with an elongated oval shape offers excellent support and rest for your back. The use of molded plywood allowed for a lightweight yet robust structure. The chairs have been reupholstered in grey recycled wool with a subtle pattern, which beautifully complements the wooden frame and adds harmony to contemporary interiors filled with artificial materials. The set has been renovated. The wood has been cleaned and treated with professional compounds to protect and enhance its natural beauty. Foams have been exchanged and there is new natural wool fabric. Seat height: 47 cm.
