● 14/1 American Cotton OE Jersey Stitch ● Cotton 50% / Recycled Cotton 50% ● Smoke Blue / Coke Red ● Delivery : March フルカウント刻印のタックボタンのデザインをフロントにチェーン刺繍したTシャツ。プリントTのボディーは糸からこだわって作りました。米綿オープンエンド糸と落綿を50%ずつ混ぜ合わせた14/1の糸を使った天竺。オープンエンド糸は繊維間に空間があるためボリューム感があり、繊維が均一にならないのでザラ感が生じます。落綿は短繊維の組み合わせとなるため、凹凸やムラ感、柔らかい肌触りがうまれます。つまり、ザラ感はあるが着心地がいいTシャツを作りたかったのです。 通常よりゆったりとした身幅のボディーを顔料で染色し、プリントの後フェード加工を施します。 A vintage-effect T-shirt featuring a chain-stitched embroidery of the Fullcount-branded tack button on the front. The body fabric was specially developed from yarn, using a 14/1 jersey knit made from a 50/50 blend of U.S. cotton open-end yarn and waste cotton. This results in a textured yet soft fabric with both dry hand-feel and comfort. The slightly oversized body is pigment-dyed, embroidered, and then given a fading treatment for a naturally aged appearance.
