Step into the cellar and experience a curated selection of Locke Vineyards’ aged red wines—each bottle thoughtfully pulled from our library to showcase the depth, structure, and evolution of our small-lot winemaking. This guided Elevated Flight highlights how time transforms each vintage—softening tannins, deepening aromatics, and revealing the layered complexity that only aging can achieve. ✨ What to Expect: • A seated, guided tasting of all red library wines pulled from the cellar • A walk through multiple vintages and blends, sharing how each wine has evolved over time • Insight into our winemaking approach, vineyard expression, and aging philosophy • A relaxed, intimate setting designed for connection, conversation, and discovery • Limited production wines, with select bottles available for purchase following the tasting We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to check in at the main bar.
