It helps breweries evaluate the condition of beer after packaging and assess the stability of their packaging process. Why This Matters The quality of packaged beer is strongly influenced by: Dissolved Oxygen (DO) – high levels can cause oxidation and aroma loss Carbonation (CO₂) – affects mouthfeel and style balance Measuring these values helps breweries monitor packaging performance and maintain product quality. Equipment All measurements are performed using the Anton Paar CboxQC, an industry-standard beverage quality control instrument. To accurately sample sealed packages, we use a Piercing & Filling Device (PFD), allowing precise measurement without disturbing carbonation. Sample Requirements Please send three cans or bottles from the same packaging run. Recommended samples: • Start of run • Middle of run • End of run If possible, ship samples the same day they are packaged using refrigerated shipping. Turnaround Time Testing is typically completed within 1–2 business days after samples arrive. Results will be delivered by email in a report format.
