blueberry petals – ethiopia

This is a whole bean coffee with a light roast, sourced from the Gedeb area of Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, at altitudes between 1900 and 2200 meters. It features local landrace and Ethiopian heirloom varieties, processed naturally, and includes notes of blueberry, jasmine, and dried apple.
