How the TMC Multi Ring Works Locate your preferred attachment point on the fabric. Push the needle through from the inside, then slide the front section over to lock it in place. The O-ring design grips the fabric firmly without damaging it, giving you a stable mount for retractors, forceps, nippers or any tool you want within reach.
