For toothaches, after brushing with Teethpaste, apply 1-3 drops to sore teeth and gums, let sit a moment, then spit out. Do not swallow. For acute tooth and gum ache only, add 1-3 drops to 1 capful or dessert spoon of We Love Organics Swishing Oil. Swish around mouth for 15-20 minutes, then spit out. Do not swallow. At onset of cold/flu symptoms, use as a throat gargle and mouth rinse by adding 1-3 drops to a small glass of warm water and swish around the mouth or gargle in throat, then spit out. Do not swallow.
