We source two different species of shark, giving us two naturally different styles of cartilage — our regular Shark Cartilage is generally larger and thicker, while our Minis are smaller and finer. What makes ours different We use export-quality Shark Cartilage from New Zealand, sourced from the same seafood supplier as our Hoki and Green Lipped Mussels. It arrives frozen, then we gently dehydrate it ourselves in small batches — not something bought pre-dried in bulk and repackaged.
