Occupational Violence Prevention and De-escalation

Occupational violence is a significant and growing challenge in healthcare, affecting workers across all clinical settings. This module increases awareness and knowledge to assist in the prevention and management of occupational violence. By developing skills in recognising early warning signs, understanding and assessing risk, using de-escalation techniques, and responding safely to aggressive behaviour, healthcare workers are better equipped to protect themselves, their colleagues, and their patients.
