The Classic XL Boning trimming knife is expertly balanced to provide a highly maneuverable, accurate experience. It is extremely versatile and can be used to bone, trim and even slice. The handle has been hand-shaped from natural wood and is multi-dimensional so there is a natural grip between the first and second fingers making it easier to control and fit in your hand. To maintain the natural wood grain, rub occasionally with a mix of 50% olive oil and 50% white vinegar.
