18 Pinot Meunier Sparkling Reserve

This traditional method sparkler, sleeping quietly on its side for seven years, has developed a beautifully refined mousse that provides the creamy texture. Resting on the yeast that gave the wine its lively effervescence produced layers of mature secondary flavours, including lightly toasted brioche, roasted hazelnut, and dried leaf. A backdrop of forest-fresh morels anchors the haunting base notes. The fruit character is bright and lively, with tart cranberry, wild raspberry, baked plum, and bruised green apple. This engaging bubbly displays a refreshing citric acidity that balances the touch of sweetness while enhancing its creamy feel.
