Our sourcing team selects coffees from our existing network of producers based on quality, consistency, and seasonal availability, allowing us to maintain a reliable supply throughout the year. This approach enables us to highlight the diversity and richness of Guatemala coffee while ensuring Ceiba remains true to its clean, balanced, and approachable flavor profile. The Ceiba was declared Guatemala’s national tree in 1955. Sacred to the Maya and revered as a bridge between the earthly and the spiritual, it symbolizes strength, continuity, and the deep cultural roots of the nation.
