Cooper Throw

Size: 54" x 70" (137cm x 178cm) The Cooper Throw was designed by Finland-based artist Lotta Maija for Slowdown Studio. Lotta works in saturated colour, turning flowers and fruit into bold, flattened, playful compositions. This design came from a Finnish summer spent biking around the city, photographing flowers in full bloom and storing them up against the darker months ahead. Built from flat, stacked shapes like a collage, each one solid-coloured with a bold outline, it's set against a dusty pink background with pops of mustard yellow, plum, orange, and sage green.
