Vintage 1978 Ruby & Diamond 18ct Gold Half-Eternity Band Ring
A wonderful 1970s vintage ruby and diamond half-eternity ring, set with four natural rubies weighing approximately 0.50 carats in total. The rubies display rich raspberry-red hues and alternate across the finger with three principal round brilliant-cut diamonds. Twelve additional brilliant-cut diamonds are arranged in pairs above and below the main gemstones, bringing the total diamond weight to approximately 0.62 carats. Their bright white brilliance contrasts beautifully with the richly coloured rubies, while the intricate claw-set arrangement gives the ring a distinctive and decorative profile. Crafted in 18ct gold and hallmarked in Sheffield 1978, this beautiful vintage band would make a distinctive wedding or anniversary ring, or a beautiful statement piece worn alone.
