New sleek posts without metal brackets create a clear space and clean look with easy strap placement, while a new four-position contoured footbar with an innovative locking mechanism provides safety without interrupting your flow. The redesigned steel carriage includes a flip mechanism for tower or twin mat conversion. As a practical guide, plan for a room that offers: Length: At least 11 ft (about 335 cm) to allow for carriage movement plus arm and leg extensions beyond the reformer. Width: At least 5 ft (about 150 cm) for room on both sides and to get on and off safely. Who it fits (height & weight) Peak Pilates specifies a recommended maximum user weight of 300 lb (136 kg) for the Artistry® Reformer. Peak Pilates does not publish an official user height range; the removable 3-position headrest lets the machine be tailored to a range of body sizes. Assembly The Artistry® Reformer requires assembly upon delivery; an Owner's Manual and assembly instructions are included. Two people are recommended for assembly given the size and weight of the components. Moving and storage This is a full-size studio reformer without built-in transport wheels, so plan its position with adequate clear space. Two people are recommended if repositioning is needed. Maintenance Requirements: Regular cleaning of the wood frame, carriage, and upholstery will help maintain performance and appearance over time. Keep the rail system free from dust and debris for smooth operation. Periodically inspect springs, straps, and moving components for signs of wear. Warranty Peak Pilates® warrants this equipment to be free of manufacturing defects. Any parts repaired or replaced under warranty are covered for the remainder of the original warranty term. 1 year (limited): all components except upholstery, straps, and loops. 60 days: upholstery, straps, and loops, against defects in workmanship and materials. Coverage requires the machine to be unmodified and used as specified in the manual, per generally accepted Pilates practices. Accidents, abuse, misuse, or improper service are not covered. Shipping & Delivery Please note: this product is not eligible for free US shipping (and is excluded from shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). Large equipment ships via freight carrier, carefully packed in a cardboard or plywood box, and requires specialized handling. Standard delivery is curbside, as close to your entrance or garage as possible. The driver does not unload inside. Plan to have two people available to bring it in. The carrier will call ahead to schedule your delivery. Missing your scheduled window may result in additional charges. Tracking is sent via email once your order ships. Questions?
