40% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 30% Carignan Practicing Organic View winemaker fact sheet Anne Gros and Jean-Paul Tollot are both well known in their own right for producing exceptional wines in Burgundy. This is their southern side project, a collaboration of two great winemaking minds working together in the high altitude hills of Minervois. This blend of Grenache, Syrah and Carignan may be intended as a true 'table wine' but drinks nothing like a 'table wine'. Slow ripening fruit meticulously cared for is fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks. The result is a wine that is fresh and elegant. Think blackberries, spice, a touch of cassis and earth with beautiful violet aromas.
