The Rhino Rescue Chest Seal is a fast and simple first aid product for treating tension pneumothorax. The vented design creates a one-way valve over the wound, stopping the development of tension pneumothorax by allowing excess pressure to escape from the chest cavity while preventing air from re-entering. Features Three vents – allows air to exit the chest cavity and prevents air from re-entering. Extremely strong adhesive – maintains a tight seal even on sweaty or hairy skin in demanding field conditions. Dual-tab design – easy to grip and remove even with gloves on. Transparent backing – wound status can be continuously checked through the seal. Includes 2pcs 10 x 10cm gauze pads.
