Crosscut Coffee is our signature coffee brand. When we select our coffees, we use the same sensibilities that we use when selecting our teas. We like our coffee bold and strong, using a blend of Arabica coffee primarily from Brazil, combined with just the right amount of Robusta to spice it up. It is roasted perfectly upstate New York to a level between a Full City and a Vienna roast, creating a strong, robust flavor while maintaining the delicate notes of the Brazilian beans.
