Tumbler

Stunning! Dozens of glaze tests resulted in this slate blue glaze that flashes to maroon in the firing- one of the glazes Mark has created using local granites. Check out the bright blue flashing on the inside rim of this one! The decoration is a lively abstract floral motif. We use these as drinking tumblers (an option instead of water glasses) and it also doubles very nicely as a pretty vase. You can watch Mark making one of these here!
