Street Magic (September Limited Blend) Coffee Cold 8-Pack

Street Magic is a celebration of the sights you encounter walking down the street: exploring the neighborhood, seeing what is new, what has been there for decades, and experiencing a variety of smells, sounds, and feelings! For this year's blend, we are using a washed Pacas from Finca Santa Petrona in El Salvador; a mutation of Bourbon that was discovered on this very farm in the late 40's. The Pacas Family has continued to cultivate this coffee on many of their farms and encourages neighboring producers to do the same, being able to fit more of these compact trees on their land, producing higher yields and a great cup quality! Paried with the Pacas is a coffee from Peru that brings in a bit of body and a stone fruit profile. This Peruvian lot is from a small cooperative in the rural outskirts of Cusco in the Sacred Valley, called Café Orígenes. The terrain in this area can be very difficult to traverse, so families work together in the Co-op to share resources and knowledge to improve quality, sustainability, and get their coffee to market. Together, these two beans create a blend that is perfect for sipping either hot or iced as you stroll through the neighborhood! This year's bag artwork was painted by Chicago-based Blake Jones, who created cute, wide-eyed characters strolling through a whimsical cityscape!
