BALMUDA MoonKettle Electric Kettle

BALMUDA's MoonKettle is an electric kettle with variable temperature control from 122 to 212F, adjustable in two degree increments. Green tea, oolong, herbal infusions, and pour-over coffee each call for a different temperature, and the increments allow the setting to be matched to the leaf or the roast. A hold function maintains the selected temperature for thirty minutes, which covers repeat pours across a single session without reboiling. Ambient lighting on the body offers multiple brightness levels, and sound cues accompany operation.
