Rolex Datejust Ref. 16234 Blue Roman Box and Papers

In my opinion, the most modern Datejust you can have with still a bit of that vintage look and feel. The (nice) old case size, but no lug holes, a modern dial, sapphire crystal. Maybe the sweetspot for anyone who is looking for a reliable and rugged watch for every day use that still looks 'like new'. Because man, this one really does look like new. 🔪 I love the touch of colour of the blue dial together with the lesser seen roman numerals. It is just a very lovely watch, difficult for me to say a lot about it. 🤷🏻 Quite rare is that this one comes not only with the original box and paperwork but also a service card from 2019. These documents show that this watch had been circling around Malaga for quite some time, probably around the wrist of a loving Spanish man. However, the watch was sold to a Dutch collector some time ago, someone that I know often visits the Malaga area. That is also how the watch came to me. I am glad it did.
