Vintage Barbola Floral and Fruit Wall Mirror. Large vintage Barbola wall mirror with a circular bevelled mirror plate surrounded by an exuberant arrangement of hand painted flowers, leaves, berries, fruit and nuts. The richly modelled frame is packed with detail, with roses and other colourful flowers amongst green foliage, berries, nuts and fruit, creating a wonderfully characterful and maximalist piece. The original bevelled mirror plate has light age related spotting which adds to its timeworn charm. Dimensions: 68cm diameter x 50cm internal diameter Condition:In good vintage condition with age related wear and patina. Three hairline cracks to the frame and some small areas of wear and loss to the applied decoration, as shown in the photographs. The mirror plate has some age related spotting and marks.
