Then we’ll get into the butchery, exploring different cuts of beef and how to get the best from them over the flames. For lunch, tuck into flame-grilled rump steak sandwiches with punchy chimichurri. The afternoon brings more butchery and cooking demonstrations as we prepare the main event: a feast of T-bone and ribeye steaks, served with potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
