2021 Baco Noir Reserve

Dry, medium bodied, barrel-aged single varietal red wine made from 100% Nova Scotia grown grapes Winemaker's Notes: This wine was fermented in open-top vats and then left for an extended maceration of three weeks. The wine was then pressed and immediately racked into stainless steel vats to finish malo-lactic fermentation while maintaining the fresh fruit profile of the wine.
