Reared in Paisley and on grass it's entire life....this beef is special, check the photos from the abattoir, look at the colour next to the regular sides of beef!! With impeccable marbling throughout and UNREAL yellow fat, this grass fed, native beef is exactly what we get excited about.......another contender for top 5 of 2026 already! Aged for 60 days, the beast looks picture perfect. Expect a wonderful rich flavour from the mighty Angus breed and of course, a super tender texture from our bespoke ageing facilities.
