Charred and Feathered is a blend of Indiana and Kentucky Bourbons that were finished in the highly acclaimed Rustled Feather Barrel. The Indiana Bourbon was finished on Japanese Mizunara prior to blending and finishing in Rustled Feather, creating an incredibly complex pour. Nose - caramel, cocoa powder, cola, sweet, oak, leather, vanilla, and peanut brittle. Palate - caramel, cola, tea, cocoa, vanilla, oak, maple, cherry, and sugar icing. Finish - oak, leather, tobacco, dark, chocolate, espresso, vanilla bean, butterscotch, molasses, and a subtle coconut. Bottled at 116.6 Proof. Distillery pick up within 30 days. NO SHIPPING.
