The lid is easily removed with a gentle twist and just as easily placed back on the tea storage tin. The luxury tin has gentle contours in the enamelled metal and is comfortable to lift and hold. Inspired by thrush birds stealing strawberries in the garden of William Morris' home 'Kelmscott Manor,' the Strawberry Thief design is much-loved and sought after. A warm shiny brass-style finish on the inside and base of the tin. TIPS for BUYERS: Clean this William Morris tin and lid with a damp clean cloth and dry it completely.
