Gibson ES-335TD 1967 - Sunburst

This is an outstanding example of a 1967 Gibson ES-335TD in Sunburst, exceptionally well-preserved for its age. With a single owner since 1970 and minimal use over the past two decades, this guitar is a true sleeper. It features original Patent Number humbuckers and untouched electronics, including Sprague Black Beauty capacitors. The pickups deliver the classic tone you'd expect—rich, articulate, and dynamic. The neck pickup measures 8.7k ohms, while the bridge reads 7.4k ohms. Bound Rosewood neck, with block inlays. The neck has a comfortable slim "C" profile with a 43mm nut width, offering low action and excellent playability. The original frets show moderate wear but still have plenty of life. Hardware, including its original Tune-O-Matic with nylon saddles, and un-warped plastics are in perfect condition, It has its original Orange Kalamzoo factory internal lable which is clear to read. This guitar only weigh 7.85lb making it a pretty light example of a late 60's 335. It is supplied with its original four-latch black Tolex case.
