This is the genuine KDH149A-003 switch, manufacturer part number 31102139(Y). It features 6 buttons and includes two connectors, suitable for power recliners or lift chairs with 2 motors. This switch is mounted on the outer side of the left armrest when facing the chair. Compatibility This control switch is not universal. Only purchase it if your original switch model is KDH149A-003.
