A rich, structured savoury wine for hearty food. "Dried apricots mix with nuances of mint and autumnal spice as the 2020 Ribolla evolves in the glass. It splashes across the palate with ease as notes of sun tea and white peach meld over a tactile core of salty minerals. The Ribolla leaves a saturation of sour citrus that puckers the cheeks.
