Medical Note: This cat has been medically cleared for adoption but was housed in a quarantined area. As a precaution, he should be adopted into a home without other cats or with fully vaccinated resident cats, as he could still be an asymptomatic carrier (to unvaccinated cats). Lewis would thrive in a calm home with adopters who understand that some cats simply need a little extra time to adjust. Providing him with quiet spaces to retreat to and allowing him to come out of his shell at his own pace will help him feel secure and flourish.
