Christus Medallion Necklace, Plated #424

This necklace is based on the Christus sculpture carved by Bertel Thorvaldsen in 1838. The original is located inside the Church of Our Lady in Copenhagen, Denmark. Made of Carrara marble, it stands 3.45m tall. The inscription on the base reads, “KOMMER TIL MIG (Come unto me) Matthew 11:28”. Christus shows the resurrected Lord. Although the wounds of the crucifixion are visible, He has conquered death. His gaze is towards us, and His arms are open; extending a welcome to all. The necklace measures 1" (25mm) in height, 5/8” (15.4mm) wide. It is available in gold plate or silver plate. It comes with an adjustable 22" chain. It can be shortened to any size.
