Made of unglazed red clay with a built-in ceramic strainer, this is the ideal brewing vessel for Japanese green teas - even ones that are very heavily steamed and made of small leaf bits. Holds roughly 120ml (though Japanese tea leaves tend to absorb a lot of that, so what you end up pouring out is closer to 60ml).
