The chocolate is 85% cocoa. The crackers are made from sunflower seeds rather than flour. The coffee and the infusion are unsweetened. There is no dried fruit, no shortbread and no sweetened nuts. Wild sockeye is the most expensive item in the basket, and the reason for its price. It is caught in British Columbia and cold-smoked. Carbohydrate tolerance varies from person to person, so we list every product by brand and recommend checking the labels against the recipient's own targets. How it is made Basket Revolution is a family business, working in British Columbia since 2002. The people who design the baskets are the people who pack them. Nothing is pre-assembled and nothing is outsourced — each basket is put together after the order arrives, which is why the eucalyptus is fresh when it reaches the door. Delivery Every item is shelf-stable, so the basket ships anywhere in Canada by courier with tracking. Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time, Monday to Friday, are prepared and dispatched the same day. Delivery charges start at $13.00 and are shown at checkout. Same-day hand delivery is available in Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, Port Coquitlam, east Coquitlam, Walnut Grove and North Surrey/Guildford for a flat $20, on orders placed before the cutoff.
