The Teltonika RUTX10 is a non-cellular industrial router with Gigabit Ethernet, dual-band Wi-Fi 5 and built-in Bluetooth LE. It gathers Bluetooth sensor data and routes it over a wired or Wi-Fi connection, so it suits sites that already have fixed backhaul and need a BLE hub rather than a modem.
