Road Trip - Ethiopia

Road Trip is the type of coffee you're willing to make extra room for in your suitcase. Road Trip comes from smallholder farmers handpicking cherries in the Bensa district of Sidama, a corner of Ethiopia that produces some of the most beloved coffees in the world. Once picked, the cherries are floated and sorted to ensure only ripe cherries get dried for weeks on raised beds and covered with shade to slow drying. The result is a syrupy sweet and balanced profile that reminded us of summer favorites like Cheerwine and Mixed Berry Poptarts.
