Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris & Ugni Blanc, all the Grenache and half the Ugni is pressed direct, the rest of the Ugni is put in the press juice in whole bunches for 6 days. The wine is aged for 21 months before bottling. Pouring a beautiful light amber colour, this is wonderfully crisp, with beautiful stone fruit and a stony edge that could only come from these soils.
