Vin Orange « Solstice » 50cl – 2022

This wine is made from a clay and silica soil with a limestone subsoil. It is a Pinot Gris produced using late harvest Malvoisie grapes that were pressed when the juice had over 20° Brix. The orange color comes from the grape skin contact with very sweet must. It pairs well with chocolate and acidulated fruit desserts, cheese, and can be enjoyed as a digestif.
