2024 Bondar 'Hope Springs Eternal' Grenache

Hope Springs Eternal sits at the pinnacle of the range, drawing on exceptional vineyard sites to produce wines with greater depth, structure and ageing potential. The grenache comes from old bush vines planted in 1952 in Blewitt Springs. Wild raspberry and dark cherry are layered with rosehip, dried herbs and gentle spice. There’s impressive depth and concentration, balanced by bright acidity and fine, sandy tannins that carry the wine through a long, savoury finish.
