Full-Race 2017-2020 Ford F-150 & Raptor 3.5L EcoBoost Turbocharger Coolant Line Upgrade Kit

Improve the reliability of your 2017-2020 Ford F-150 or F-150 Raptor 3.5L EcoBoost with the Full-Race Turbocharger Coolant Line Upgrade Kit. Designed specifically for GEN2 3.5L EcoBoost engines, this kit addresses a common factory coolant line issue by replacing the original slip-fit connections with durable AN fittings engineered for a more secure and reliable seal. The factory turbocharger coolant line design uses rubber bushings and O-ring seals that can deteriorate over time due to heat cycling and insufficient clamping force. As these seals wear, coolant leaks can develop around the turbocharger connections. The Full-Race upgrade replaces these vulnerable connections with precision-machined fittings and upgraded lines to help prevent recurring leaks and improve long-term cooling system reliability. Constructed from high-quality steel components with precision CNC machining, the kit is designed to withstand harsh operating conditions, oxidation, and repeated temperature fluctuations. The upgraded system operates across a stated temperature range of -65°F to 350°F and supports working pressures up to 70 psi. Flexible replacement hoses also improve accessibility around the turbochargers compared to the factory hard-line arrangement, making future maintenance and servicing more convenient. Designed as a direct replacement for the original components, the kit is compatible with OEM and Garrett turbochargers on the specified applications. Whether you're maintaining a daily-driven F-150 or building a performance-focused Raptor, the Full-Race Turbocharger Coolant Line Upgrade Kit provides a durable solution for addressing a known weakness in the GEN2 EcoBoost cooling system.
