The GT-CT500 is a six-injector fuel injector cleaning and testing machine designed for compatible GDI, EFI, FSI and standard gasoline injectors. It provides 15 cleaning and testing functions, including spray-pattern, flow, leak, pulse, wide-pulse and continuous-injection testing. With 12V, 70V and 120V injector-drive modes, a colour display, electronic pressure control and 70 W ultrasonic cleaning, the CT500 allows up to six compatible injectors to be cleaned and tested side-by-side for consistent comparison before and after cleaning. The unit features a 1000 mL cleaning tank, dual fluid-drain controls and drawer storage for accessories. Do not mix cleaning and testing fluids. Do not use gasoline in the testing circuit. Do not leave an injector on an incorrect voltage for an extended time. Reverse flushing is intended for applicable top-feed injectors. Cleaning without removing injectors requires special adapters. Use professional injector test fluid or the stated 75%+ medical alcohol alternative in the testing circuit.
