Pink bourbon in full bloom Edwin Noreña has spent years making a name for himself with coffees that push beyond the expected. A third-generation producer, Q grader and agro-industrial engineer, he brings as much curiosity to processing as he does experience to the farm. Pink Bourbon has become something of a favourite in Colombian specialty coffee. Grown high in regions like Huila, it’s prized for pronounced sweetness, bright acidity and floral aromatics that make it instantly recognizable. Here, tea rose and orange blossom sip pretty, with mandarin adding a citrus edge. Roasted for filter, it’s clean and full of detail.
