Wilder Lazo 300hr Gesha
Wilder Lazo trained as a vet and studied genetics before returning to his family’s coffee farm in Colombia. A life-changing cup in El Salvador led him to rethink how they grew coffee, using his knowledge of genetics to improve the varieties on the farm. Through farmer Don Gilberto Baraona, Wilder gained access to a small number of Gesha seeds from a renowned Hacienda in Panama. Today he grows this Gesha at Bella Alejandría in Huila, fermented for 300 hours and slowly dried on raised beds.
