It is here, it exists, and we are proud to have it available for you - a roof mounted all-in-one, gassed up, ready to run HEAT PUMP version of air conditioner that heats in bone chilling weather, NOT with inefficient resistive heating elements, but with a true heat pump cycle by operating the unit in reverse. The unit draws a maximum of 41 Amps at 24V when in heat mode, with typical power draw of around 30 Amps when cooling on high power. The power draw can drop down to as little as 15-20 amps as your desired temperature is reached. This is our highest quality roof top unit, with a true reversing valve, ultra quiet compressor and fans, with fast startup, modern refrigerant, and, as a reminder - real heat pump heat - which means heating with engine off at up to 300% efficiency compared to using resistive heating. Cold temperature performance down to as low as -30F.
